Total quality management program was implemented in the middle of 2001, when the company established trans-Baltic logistic pool, bringing together transportation companies from all over the Baltic States, in order to enhance the quality of the service and ensure the most efficient allocation of resources.

As customer satisfaction is the most important quality indicator for the company, the set of quality parameters is in practice. Fast response to transportation orders, minimum lead-time, efficient problem solving, thorough vehicle and driver selection are the main quality criteria for the company. Every single order is treated with the greatest care and attention. An important aspect is that all customer complaints are immediately made known to all the employees, in order to avoid future client dissatisfaction.

At the moment we process about 80 – 100 loadings per day, including trailers, refrigerators, platforms and distribution trucks. All the vehicles and drivers have necessary sanitary documents to carry food products in Latvia, as well as across the border.
